Account Registration
To create an account on 23bet, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Providing incorrect or false information may result in your account being cancelled and any earnings being forfeited.
2.1 One Account Per Person
Each individual may open only one 23bet account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person or from the same family address is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are found to exist, all accounts will be cancelled and all balances will be forfeited.
2.2 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your username and password confidential. You are responsible for any activity carried out using your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
2.3 Keeping Information Up to Date
The information registered on your account (name, address, email, phone number) must be kept accurate and up to date at all times. If you need to update any information, please contact our support team.
Age Verification & Identity
To participate on 23bet, you must be at least 21 years of age. It is against our policy to allow minors to create accounts, and proof of age may be requested at any stage of account verification.

3.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
Before submitting a withdrawal request or upon exceeding a certain balance, we reserve the right to verify your identity. Required documents may include:
- Scanned copy of National ID (NID) or valid passport
- Proof of address document (utility bill, bank statement)
- Proof of ownership of the payment method
Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false documents will result in immediate account cancellation.
Deposits & Withdrawals
23bet processes deposits and withdrawals through Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking and banking channels. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
We support the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank). No other methods are accepted.
4.2 Minimum Limits
- Minimum deposit: ৳200 (for all methods)
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 1 hour of approval
4.3 Withdrawal Conditions
Before requesting a withdrawal, you must withdraw using the same method through which you made the deposit. Please wait while your withdrawal request is under review. 4.4 Refund Policy
Funds deposited into a 23bet account cannot be directly refunded. In special circumstances (such as duplicate transactions or technical errors), please contact our support team.
Bonuses & Promotions
23bet offers various bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific terms that must be followed. By accepting a bonus, you are automatically considered to have agreed to that bonus's terms.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000.
- Example 1: Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, making your total balance ৳2,500
- Example 2: Deposit ৳14,000 or more and receive the maximum ৳10,000 bonus, making your total balance ৳24,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing earnings from a bonus. Wagering requirements are calculated on the bonus amount only, not the total balance.
- Welcome bonus wagering: 20x the bonus amount
- Example: Receiving a ৳1,500 bonus means you must wager a total of ৳30,000 before withdrawing the bonus
5.3 Bonus Abuse
23bet reserves the right to forfeit bonuses due to bonus abuse or fraudulent activity. Prohibited activities include: claiming bonuses on multiple accounts, and placing bets using specific strategies solely for the purpose of withdrawing bonuses.
5.4 VIP Program
Regular players receive special benefits through our VIP program. There are four tiers:
- Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
- Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
- Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
- Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
You can move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.
Gaming Rules
All games on the 23bet platform are operated using a fair and certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Results are completely impartial and not predetermined.
6.1 Game Results
Once a game is complete, its result is final. In the case of a technical error, the company reserves the right to void the game and return the wager. If your internet connection drops during a game, the game generally continues in the background and you will be able to see the result upon logging back in.
6.2 Betting Limits
Each game has its own minimum and maximum betting limits, which are displayed in the game interface. It is not possible to place a bet that exceeds these limits.
6.3 Live Casino
Live casino games offer the opportunity to play with real dealers. Once a bet is confirmed in a live game, it cannot be changed.
6.4 Sports Betting
The rules applicable to placing bets in sports markets will be stated in each market section. Generally, pre-match bets placed after a match has started may be considered void. Bet results depend on official sporting results.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 23bet platform. Violating any one of them may result in your account being immediately terminated and all balances being forfeited:

- Using a false identity or documents
- Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering

- Attempting to hack the system

Account Closure
8.1 Closure at the Player's Request
You may request to close your 23bet account at any time. Please contact our support team to do so. You will have the opportunity to withdraw any available balance before the account is closed, though pending bonuses will remain subject to their terms.
8.2 Closure at the Company's Initiative
We may close or suspend your account for the following reasons:
- Breach of terms and conditions
- Failure to complete identity verification
- Detection of suspicious activity
- In response to a legal directive
- Extended period of inactivity on the account
